Keynotes and workshops shaped by real-world experience

Much of my career has been spent alongside people making difficult decisions in high-pressure environments. Today, I bring those lessons to leaders and organisations through practical, engaging keynotes and workshops on crisis leadership, trust, communication and supporting people through challenging events.

My Story

I've spent more than three decades working alongside people in healthcare, ministry and emergency services - often when circumstances were difficult, uncertain or confronting.

For 20 years, I served as a chaplain with NSW Ambulance, including a decade as Senior Chaplain (‘Charlie 1’), supporting responders through major incidents including the Lindt Café siege and statewide bushfires.

I later moved into a senior corporate role, overseeing a national workplace wellbeing service supporting more than 500 sites across Australia and New Zealand. That experience gave me a different perspective - not only on supporting people, but on the realities of leading teams, managing risk, delivering services and building sustainable organisations.

Today, I bring those experiences together to speak, support, consult and equip — helping leaders, organisations and frontline communities navigate pressure, care for their people and respond well when it matters most.

"I just read the first chapter of your upcoming book and it’s so well written and so moving. For those of us who have had the privilege to sit with people in distress and respond to these types of situations, it is very meaningful to have someone like yourself put it into words. Your story needs to be told and I’m so glad you are sharing it."
